US domestic shipping

Order Information:

We ship all orders Monday thru Friday from Chicago, IL. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days (M-F) of the purchase date, unless, it’s a custom piece. If an order is placed after 1PM CT on Friday, it will be shipped the following week. Note processing times may take longer during holiday seasons and specific sales. Here are three handy tips for shipping:

Before confirming your order, make sure your shipping address is correct.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information; please check your spam folder.

Always plan ahead so your delivery arrives at the correct address in a timely manner, especially during holidays! Remember that mail carriers do not count Sunday or holidays as delivery dates.

International shipping

Shipping Timing Worldwide:

We ship every day the mail is running, so your package will go out quickly. In the US, standard delivery takes about 2-5 business days. Canada, Europe, and Asia take about 10-21 days. Everywhere else takes at least three weeks, and sometimes up to twelve weeks. You can choose to upgrade your shipping in the dropdown menu to receive a faster delivery time. Please note, for all international orders we are seeing the above dates move out with Covid-19 to about 8-12 weeks.

Return Cost

Returned items must be sent via first class with tracking. You are responsible for all costs associated in return of items.

Returns and Exchanges:

We are committed to your satisfaction. Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will give you return instructions. When we receive your return, we will promptly refund the price of the items excluding the shipping cost. Please note, cut unfinished chain is not returnable. At this time, we do not offer exchanges but we will promptly process your return so you can order what you want.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit on the way to our facilities; please consider adding insurance to your package and keep the tracking number so we can monitor the status should any delivery service have delays
